Does gardening sound like a nice relaxing hobby to you? It might be but that doesn’t meant that a career as a landscaping gardener is just as relaxing! In fact, it involved a lot of manual labor, so is only suitable for people who are very fit. In fact, many people who have previously worked in an office are completely surprised by how tiring out working in landscaping can be. So, before you switch to a career in landscaping, be sure to check your fitness first!

Being A Landlord

Another career that many people assume is very easy is being a landlord. There’s a lot more to it than finding a tenant and then simply waiting for their monthly rent to hit the bank. In fact, this can be a hugely challenging career if you get a bad tenant who does not look after the property. There is also a lot of legal paperwork to go through as well, and many landlords regularly complain about all the admin they have to work through every day. 

Sound Engineering

Why Is music engineer challenging? Well, it takes a lot to work your way up to a good position in the world of sound engineering. Firstly, you need to get accepted onto a good degree program so that you can gain the skills and knowledge needed to be a good engineer. It’s also a very competitive industry and there are often many engineers applying for just one position. As long as you have a solid education and some good experience, though, you should be able to find a well-paying role.

Being An Author

For many people, writing books for a living sounds like a complete dream. I’m sure that professional authors might not be so quick to agree, though! Many authors complain about writer’s block and struggling to find plenty of inspiration and ideas. However, when they do complete a manuscript, they often describe being very proud of their work. So, all of the initial struggles with writing ideas might be worth it in the end!
