The health of your indoor air is an important, but often overlooked aspect of your interior comfort. Poor ventilation can lead to a number of inconveniences, and even some greater health risks should they not be addressed promptly. Luckily, there are a few simple things you can do to keep your air in top condition and protect the health and wellbeing of all those who live inside.
1. Clean your air circulation systems
Lots of homes have some form of circulatory infrastructure in place, whether this be in-house air conditioning, connective air duct systems, or something else entirely. Air ducts can be vulnerable to accumulating a buildup of harmful residue, such as bacteria, mold, and dust, which can lead to a variety of health risks should the concentration increase.
Whilst air ducts don’t necessarily need to be cleaned regularly, it’s a good idea to keep a close eye on them for any changes in performance. 2. Keep your moisture levels in check
The moisture levels of your air can have a huge impact on your comfort levels- especially if you find that you can be particularly sensitive to any changes in air quality. 3. Keep your environments clean

4. Ventilate your home

Where possible, consider opening up your windows more often to let some new air indoors. This new airflow will help decrease the concentration of pollutants in your environment as the air becomes renewed and replaced.
