Day 2
1. Pray before sleeping and immediately after waking up – converse with God.
2. 5 minutes of exercise – 1.5L of water in the AM – straight 30 days.
3. Portion control.
TO FINALLY LOSE ANOTHER 10LBS.
4. Work in the AM. Offline in the PM.
5. Sleep 6-8 hours a day.
6. Read books to Marts.
7. Organize kids’ clothes
8. Shelf declutter.
9. No shopping for this month!
10. Feed the soul.

3. When things fall into place.
4. When I am at the BNP Shrine
5. When I am serving.
6. Creativity takes peak and I am having creative outputs.
7. When I feel life is balanced.
