For Today, June 23rd

I so love the blog post from Ali today and thought I’d make one for myself. You will never know when it would be the perfect scrapbook page. I have not been able to scrap last week save for some Father’s Day “cards” I made for the husband. I was busy comparing insurance marketing strategies for my sister who needs it for her research paper.
So without further ado:
Love this simple documentation idea from The Simple Woman’s Day Book via apple likes orange:
FOR TODAY
June 21st, 2009
Outside my window…clothes dry from the clothesline waiting to be taken in and folded.
I am thinking…about priorities and unlearning bad habits. Deep I know. I am not ready to share it that much yet.
I am thankful for…opportunities and the chance to still stay at home, earn, be with the kids despite hard times.
From the kitchen…still thinking about this – maybe afritada for today.
I am wearing…grey sweats.
I am creating…layouts due with my Creative Teams.
I am going…to be going outside for a walk.
I am reading…Twilight again.
I am hoping…to get more work this week. Times are iffy and I need not be complacent
I am hearing…cartoons blaring from the TV. Martha is up early (6:30AM)
Around the house…there are a lot of little things that are really clutter.
One of my favorite things…the quiet time before I prepare my eldest for school. I get to think more clearly.
A few plans for the rest of the week…start working on a new album for client, book at least two more clients next month, erase backlogs – and scrap.
A picture to share…
