Watch Shopping

After designer brand bag shopping over at Flickr with Bebot friends, we have now progressed to everything – wallets, shoes, clothes and watches! I think watches are considered a “lesser” evil as they are less noticeable from the husbands . They are not necessarily less expensive though, since the watch I have been wanting for the longest time is around $400 – worth a designer bag, definitely. Since I already have a Coach Signature Satchel bag, I am restraining myself on buying more bags. One is enough (for now) since I rarely go out anyways. But I can buy a watch though, if I had the funds. Our friends are mostly selling affordable but really nice brands – Fossil, DKNY, Anne Klein, Kenneth Cole. The only watch I have dates back to 2002 and is a stainless Kenneth Cole watch for men. The one I like is actually a Technomarine Watch. The cheapest one has interchangeable watch straps. They are not as expensive as the Python Watch Bands my uncle has in all colors though. I really think that even though women love to shop, men’s items are more expensive. Just take for example, shoes. You cannot buy rubber shoes for less than $100 for men. And my husband wants Nike ones to boot!
