I was offline for the last couple of days save for two hours of email and work time during the evening. I did that on purpose because I was feeling a little contemplative and wanted to just do “nothing”. Staying online is staying busy for me. That’s where I work, get my creative inspiration and chat with friends. Staying offline forced me to not multi-task and I got to enjoy watching the TV, watching movies, just sitting on the couch with the husband and playing with the kids – without checking what’s new online every five minutes.
I also transferred ALL my pictures to my EHD – about time people. I had a lot of fun reminiscing everything dating back 2005 – WOW! It also gave me a lot of things to scrapbook about – and Im feeling the need to print pictures again (Artscow here I come!)
I also realized I havent touched my camera in weeks. Did a couple of shots the past few days but Im feeling rusty – what should I capture? Grey skies and rainy days are very blah to me. I need to make time for it again.
We all need to live life first.
