Investing on Stocks
February 25, 2009 | Category: Uncategorized
I have had my share of experiencing being able to own stock options. The previous company I worked for gave stock option benefits for its employees based on its tenurity and position in the company. How I wish I would have handled it better. I was with with them during the early years of the stock options program and they gave away option units starting at 25cents. I was given 200 stock option units – and before I left, the cost per unit was already $15-$25! Imagine? If I had bought more stock options before at 25cents I would have doubled even tripled my money. But back then all I was interested in was selling my stock options so I can have cash
I think I have sold every stock option benefit I had before I resigned.
Now, everything is a different story – it is scary to invest on stock options because of the instability of the global financial market. Investment Fraud is another thing to be scared about. It is a good thing there is the tandem of Nicholas J. Guiliano Kate and Sherlock Guiliano who can help people. He is a lawyer and she is a paralegal who are experts on litigation of securities related matters.
