Car Need.
Now that I am interested in cars because of the need for owning your own mode of transport here in the province, I have been reading up all I can so that maybe we can have funds to afford to get one - it has been greatly bumped up to our list of things we NEED to buy :). Anyhow, along with the reading and finding out information is the goal to actually learn to drive! I hope to learn to drive by June, since we are really busy this month. I also need to learn how to maintain a car, right? Speaking of that, midwest auto recycling specializes in used engines and transmissions and has one of the strongest warranty nation wide. All miles are CARFAX verified. All ENGINES come as a complete assembly. They are started ,inspected for compression, cylinder leak down tested, checked for oil pressure and cleaned. ALL TRANSMISSIONS are test driven, visually inspected and cleaned.

Bad Blogger Update.
I know.
I need to be more consistent in updating this thing. I have become way too disorganized with our recent house move and if you are OC like me, anything that isnt organized will make you spin like crazy! Ugh. I have been so bad with everything - including scrapping. I did manage to scrap a few pages (like six or seven) and it felt good - nothing beats having a laptop that makes you portable (scrap anywhere) with 2GB ram and one can finish a page in under an hour - provided you have ideas already. Love that.
Will be back for some layout shares.

Paintball
Hobbies can be quite addicting! Aside from digital scrapbooking, the only hobby that lasted for more than a year with me is photography - which actually goes hand in hand with scrapbooking :). Guy hobbies are more extensive and expensive. I can tell from experience with my husband! So far, the only hobby he hasnt taken is paintball. That is because he hasnt found a hobby buddy yet! SSD Blog: Taste Test Thursday
Hi Everyone! Sugarbabe Aggie here with a new Taste Test Thursday! This week I chose to highlight the Paper to Digi Challenge. I have always found “lifting” so easy most especially when Im stressed or lack time to be “creative”, like now 
And what do you know, I managed to lift two layouts in 2 hours!! Yay me!

SSD Slogan Challenge: Finger Licking Good
This is the first time Im hosting the Slogan Challenge and I chose to highlight the slogan challenge from KFC:
Finger-licking good!
Have fun creating your pages using the slogan! As a mother of two kids who have very strong preferences when it comes to food (read: they can eat the same type of food week after week after week), I have so many pictures with them and their favorite foods)
I can even make a list of all the foods I love. With all the foods I crave, I need to get leptovox pills to help me lose weight! Im a little bit skeptical about taking them but reviews say they are the most effective.

This uses Lauren Grier and Manda Bean’s Two Scoops Kit - Bob and Willis. It is an old kit but I had to have it because the papers were calling me. I am trying to be conscious of snagging both boy and girl kits from SSD so I can scrap Matthew more.
This was taken at UST way back June 2007 when they had their well-baby check-ups with their pedia (well, obviously they are not babie anymore). The outdoor furniture at the new garden they have set up were so nice we ended up taking pictures with it.

So I need to scrap with it My princess is becoming too feisty for my own good. I think I need life insurance to make me sure she is covered even if Im gone (safety measures), LOL. She is not as terrible as she looks, just really feisty. Ive got a girl with loads of personality.

It has been a long time since I bought anything from the BYOC at TLP (not that I dont want to but because of budget issues, hehehe) but this month’s TLP was just too good to resist I HAD to break in my paypal money
I am not even done scrapping with this baby yet. To be honest, I havent bought anything from any store (except TLP and WST) because I have so many layouts in my head that I want to use the kits with. They are that good promise ;). I bet my dirty sinks on it, LOL.
Now off to scrap again

All About Kava.
The plant, kava, is actually used by more farmers in Hawaii to make coffee, but it is said to very potent, earning its name ‘Awa’ or the “National Drink of Fiji”. I love paper layouts, there is so much depth paper and elements can bring that digi sometimes cannot accomplish. I also like how paper layouts are composed. That is why I always try to participate in the Paper to Digi Challenge at SSD.
This is my mother - I think she was a mommy already when this picture was taken. What elegance my mom has I hope Im able to have when I get to her age. Timeless beauty talaga.

Nope, Im too lazy to untie them - which defeats the purpose when I need to put them on again!

A dandelion - I like yellow.

Things You Discover when Packing.
I have been packing things for our house move and have been sorting stuff into three piles - for keeping, for throwing away, for reselling/giving to charity. I found some medical equipment owned by my Dad when he was still a practicing doctor and had to see the brand of the equipment - they were still sturdy and mighty strong! These days, the supplier of most medical supplied and equipment is Allegro Medical. Of course, I had to share the layouts I made for Matthew’s recent achievement at school It’s good to blog, you know that? I have been trying to blog to record more memories and I glad I blogged about the pride I felt when Matthew got his gold medal. The journaling was copied from my main blog.
This one uses Miss Mint’s Elementary Grammar Paper and Element Pack. This was made so quickly I am amazed how well Miss Mint’s stuff just works for me It’s also nice that the pages I did for his pre-school layouts were in the shade of orange

Man, I have been so behind in sharing may layouts in my scrapblog - and I call it scrapblog for nothing, eh?
I have done 14 layouts for April! Yippeee! That’s like a layout a day, and did I mention Im also packing for the house move? (Can you tell which one gets accomplished more? LOL). Scrapping has been easier having my own laptop to scrap with and that Im more focused on which stories I want to tell. It does help I have so many awesome stuff from my creative teams to work with.
However, this layout uses goodies from a store I recently fell head over heels in love with - We Are Storytellers. I wish I had money to spend and time to scrap with the goodies I buy from them! HA!
This one was quick - I know I had to scrap the photos of the stage where Martha’s hair was the longest and all the pink and glitter and doodles were just so girly!
More WST layouts coming soon, I hope
I need more space.
More space in my hard drive - Im already 90% full with my hard disk space with G and my external hard drive is 95% full as well. Unfortunately, budget for an external hard drive is out of the question. Maybe after two months, I can get better disk storage. For now, I should just be diligent in backing everything up into DVDs. On a positive note, I think this will be better as it will lessen my shopping to zero. I have three stores to download goodies already. I really need to tighten the digi-shopping belt with the recent life changes we made.
