Well, Im now almost always looking forward to staying in Amadeo because I can use my Dad’s treadmill there . When I was hitting the gym before, treadmills were my best friends. It has helped me build my cardio back up and helped me lose weight and tone my legs as well.

When we move to Amadeo permanently, the treadmill will be mine. And this is the type you see at the gyms, mind you

I am not really a sports fan but I have heard some sports celebrities being the hot seat because of taking steroids. They are considered illegal when taken in. Of course, there are prohormones. Im sure to read those in between nursing books! Ha! Now, Im off to chat with my sister who is in San Francisco. She has been telling me that our relatives are checking some Florida land for sale.
