It’s all about the PROM!

School is starting for my cousin in September and she is an incoming junior. Suddenly, everything took a backseat and it’s all about everything about the prom – the dress, the date, the car, the diet. She has been looking for 2008 prom dresses every chance she has and has been talking with friends over it every night. I remember my own prom – I was Prom Queen – yes! I was! – and my dress was just made two weeks before the event. I went to the salon for my hair and makeup and I was done – no magic, no tension. I was more tense in delivering the Class Prophecy than by looking good!
