Shopping.
It is time for shopping again! Christmas shopping officially starts in September and I cannot wait to make plans on what to give to my family and relatives this year! SSD Recipe Challenge: Go Alpha Crazy!
One of the exciting things for me being a SugarBabe is being able to head challenges over the Sweet Shoppe. Im now going to be permanently alternating with Sugarbabe Karen for the Recipe Challenge, and Im actually keeping tabs on what I can use for challenges.
Here is my first challenge to cook up a sweet layout - USE ALPHAS! Alphas are the main anchors to get the subject of your layout across. So go crazy with them, use four or more!

SSD’s Spin a Lift Sunday
I got to host the SSD’s Spin a Lift Sunday two weeks ago.
I chose to lift one of the layouts from the gallery of our newest Sugarbabe, Cindy S! I fell in love with her style and use of elements in a cohesive way. I actually have many of her layouts for future lifting already!
I have gotten many compliments on the conversion of the photos - I used Itty Bitty actions there

Finally caught up. Im done backing up files for this month.
Im now downloading super mega nice kits from my teams and Im running a list of scrappables tonight - I hope I can really scrap! I have some really nice news and layouts to share (I hope), but time is my enemy for now. I will be back for more scrap news! Stay tuned! Maybe Id get a picture of my organization in backing up files too!

Where Have I Been?
It seems I might have dropped off the face of earth huh? Im so sorry for not being able to update this as much as I want to, as I’ve been very busy. This is not to say that I havent been scrapping, because I think I have produced more layouts than ever, being able to work for such great creative teams! I have so many news, scrapping wise, and layouts to share. I also would like to use this blog as a tool to dissect what I am loving about this hobby and my growing interest in photography. Im doing a book review but it has been saved in My Drafts folder for five days already. Hopefully before the week ends, it will be shown in the blog!

Most of my friend go to me for love advice, I dont know why. I have had my husband as my boyfriend for almost 11 years and he is my first boyfriend and last :). We have had so much trials come along our way and a lot of sacrifices need to be done, but in the end it was all worth it. Im happily married. It’s all about the PROM!
School is starting for my cousin in September and she is an incoming junior. Suddenly, everything took a backseat and it’s all about everything about the prom - the dress, the date, the car, the diet. She has been looking for 2008 prom dresses every chance she has and has been talking with friends over it every night. I remember my own prom - I was Prom Queen - yes! I was! - and my dress was just made two weeks before the event. I went to the salon for my hair and makeup and I was done - no magic, no tension. I was more tense in delivering the Class Prophecy than by looking good!
Inked.
I have never considered myself getting a tattoo. Body piercings - a little. But tats? No. Tattoos are just too permanent for me - and I can just see my old body, sagging and crumpled skin with a tattoo on and it makes me gag. I love tattoo designs though. Id like to try a henna tattoo someday.
Body Image.
I have been trying to lose weight (for the first time in five years) and so far, it has been really really hard. To be completely honest, if it werent for the high cost of liposuction and the fear of complications, I would have gone under the knife and do a liposuction. However, I think I need to do this the hard way - I really need a lifestyle change. So Im laying off soda, Coke, my favorite and trying to control my intake of all things sweet.
Hair Woes
My hair is pushing up to the bottom of my shoulder blades already - and Im really trying to let it grow longer. However, my problem is falling and breaking hair. Ever since baby #2 and breastfeeding, I havent been able to completely lose the falling hair sickness associated with pregnancy and breastfeeding. Will New Jersey hair transplants
do the trick for me? Ack. I hope I wont need it.
